The BIG argument
Yesterday, my best friend and I had the biggest fight ever. It started over something small—a game we couldn’t agree on. We started yelling, and before I knew it, we weren’t speaking at all. I felt so mad, but also sad because my best friend was like my other half. I missed laughing together.
The next day, I saw him sitting alone on the swings. I walked over, feeling a little nervous. We both said “sorry” at the same time and laughed. It felt so good to make up. We decided to play a new game, promising to never let a silly argument come between us again.
We learned that friends can argue, but real friends always find a way back to each other.
